Mike McAuliffe - CEO

Mike McAuliffe joined Powervation as Chief Executive Officer in September 2010. He is responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the company and is on the board of directors. He brings 25 years of management experience in the electronic component and semiconductor industry most recently as Senior Vice President of Pulse Engineering (NYSE:TNL). There he held a progression of senior management roles over 16 years in marketing, sales, M&A and executive management, as VP/Managing Director Europe (UK), VP global Consumer (Italy), Senior VP- Medical/Acoustic business group (Sonion a/s-Denmark, Netherlands, Vietnam) and latterly as Senior VP-Global Power & Automotive business group (USA, Germany, China). He has also worked in strategic consulting and earlier held technical marketing and IC design positions in Texas Instruments (France) and Philips Semiconductor (Netherlands). He holds degrees and is an alumni of University College Cork, Ireland (BEE); Henley Management College, UK (MBA); ESC Grenoble, France (MIB) and Harvard Business School, USA (AMP).
