Powervation is an ISO9001:2008 certified company, certified by NASI (who also are the auditors for companies such as Dell and Intel).  All Powervation products are RoHS and Green (Sony Green) compliant.
 
In addition our subcontractors are certified to: ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001.
 
We maintain strategic partnerships with the world’s largest providers of semiconductor manufacturing services in wafer fabrication, assembly and test, and have a “Guarantee of Supply” agreement in place with leading semiconductor players.

Product Qualification Methodology

Every Powervation product is qualified using the following tests at a minimum:

• Pre-condition at MSL-1
• Humidity testing
• Autoclave (ACTV)
• HAST or Temperature Humidity Bias (THB)
• HTOL (High Temperature Operating Life)
• HTSL (High Temperature Storage Life)
• Temperature Cycle (TMCL)
• ESD
• Latch-up

All products are qualified and tested using recognized industry standards such as JEDEC. Powervation has empowered an external independent F/A Lab to perform Reliability and F/A independently of the supply chain.

Lead (Pb) Free and Green Compliance

Powervation is committed to environmental, health and safety excellence.  We aim to meet or exceed our customers and governmental regulatory requirements with respect to the use of hazardous substances by producing products that comply with the following regulations:

• Restriction on Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
• Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
• Reach: Registration Evaluation Authorization and restriction – on the use of Chemicals.
