Frank Cassidy - VP, Finance

Frank Cassidy joined Powervation as vice president of finance in July 2008. Prior to Powervation, Mr. Cassidy served as vice president of finance at California-based Power-One Inc. (PWR). Cassidy’s career spans 18 years with broad experience in operations finance, including regional and divisional controllership, manufacturing and costing, and treasury. During his eight years with Power-One, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibility. As vice president of finance, he led the global financial planning and analysis team in developing budgets and strategies for the $550 million NASDAQ-listed company. Before Power-One, he spent five years as an internal auditor with the City of San Francisco. He began his career in Ireland as an internal auditor working in public accounting. Mr. Cassidy holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Galway University, Ireland. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland.
